Cambridge Architectural Names Arcspec Exclusive Representative in Illinois and Wisconsin
(PRWEB) June 09, 2014 -- Cambridge Architectural, the world’s leading full-service provider of sustainable architectural mesh systems for building applications, has named Chicagoland-based Arcspec as its new exclusive representative for metal mesh products in Illinois and Wisconsin.
The Arcspec team, comprised of Barry Meyer, Eric Kuhlman, Derek Larsen and Alison Lowry, will join Cambridge sales executives on the exhibit floor of the AIA National Convention in Chicago, June 26-28 (Exhibit #2236) and at Facades+, also in Chicago, July 24-25.
At the two shows, Cambridge will preview its newest products and concepts launching in Q4, including: anodized aluminum flexible mesh for interiors soon to be available in a wide variety of colors and patterns; Build-A-Pattern™ mix and match woven metal mesh; and a new flatwire design called “Hourglass,” the sixth Cambridge pattern to be introduced in 2014.
Time slots are available for architects interested in meeting with members of the Cambridge sales and engineering team during the AIA Convention Expo to learn more about the new introductions. Architects can schedule appointments by emailing sales(at)cambridgearchitectural(dot)com. Any architect who pre-schedules a meeting with Cambridge Architectural will be eligible to win a mini tablet computer.
Arcspec will provide comprehensive services on behalf of Cambridge to architectural, design and construction firms who specialize in exterior envelopes and interior solutions. Arcspec will assist with technical assistance, materials coordination, sample, design and construction support.
“We’re excited to join the Cambridge Architectural sales force and work with them to increase market share in Illinois and Wisconsin, particularly in the Chicago architectural community,” said Barry Meyer, President of Arcspec. “Cambridge is a natural fit for Arcspec based on our commitment to provide outstanding customer service and its reputation for manufacturing exceptional metal mesh systems in Cambridge, Maryland.”
Arcspec has been providing architects and contractors with quality architectural products and design solutions for 20 years. The company deploys a hands-on approach and has established relationships with top architecture firms and construction management companies.
“Arcspec’s assistance to reaching key decision-makers in the Chicago design and construction community will be a tremendous asset in helping Cambridge expand its footprint in Chicagoland and beyond,” said Matt Aebischer, Managing Director. “Their knowledge and attention to detail on every project will be a valuable complement to our full-service approach to providing mesh solutions to the building industry.”
Cambridge’s portfolio includes more than 75 metal mesh patterns and multiple attachment systems suitable for most building applications.
