Camille Albane Paris Expands First Franchised Units in the United States
Boston (PRWEB) March 31, 2014 -- Camille Albane Paris, a hair salon concept with nearly 300 salons in 11 countries, will be expanding its operations into the United States with their first franchised units to be located in Dallas and Minneapolis. The brand, created in Paris 20 years ago, will be offering guests hairstyling and color services that have continued to gain prestige throughout Europe. Boasting training centers throughout the world, umbrella group DESSANGE Group North America continues to grow its network with enthusiastic stylists.
The Dallas Camille Albane will be owned and operated by Premila Vishwanath who discovered the opportunity while attending the Multi-Unit Franchise Association conference in Vegas this previous year. “There are several low to middle tier hair salon concepts in the US today and hence I was not interested,” said Vishwanath. “Camille Albane was different in class and style, and the concept was new to the U.S., which intrigued me.” Vishwanath will open her first unit before summer of 2014 and hopes to open additional units every four years.
Minneapolis’ Camille Albane will be operated by John and Patti Prichard. “We believe there is a significant opportunity for a premium salon brand to become established in Minnesota, as well as the U.S.,” said John Prichard. “We are planning to open a minimum of five Camille Albane salons in the 7-County Metro Area of Minneapolis & St. Paul over the next several years. The end goal is to establish the Camille Albane brand as the Minnesota market leader in the premium hair salon category.”
