Can Entrepreneurs Really Blend Passion with Profit?
Portland, Oregon (PRWEB) September 24, 2013 -- Many people start businesses based on a passion, but can that passion really turn into significant profits? Portland-based Marcia Bench Enterprises has convened the first annual Inspired Entrepreneurs Conference this Saturday, September 28, 2013, at the Hilton Portland & Executive Tower in Portland to show how it’s done.
Speakers will be available for interviews before and after their sessions, as more than 150 entrepreneurs are educated, motivated and celebrated and the talents and expertise of women business owners in Oregon are showcased. This day-long conference features three inspiring keynote speakers including New York Times best-selling co-author of The Passion Test, Janet Bray Attwood, Kathleen Gage, author of Power Up for Profits!, and Debra Poneman plus nine informative workshop presenters and a special closing presentation. Thirty-five exhibiting businesses provide a wealth of resources and services to the participants and the speaker store offers educational products from the presenters. There is also a raffle that raises money for Dress for Success Oregon.
“It’s time business owners from around the Northwest (and beyond) have a forum to gather not just to learn the nuts and bolts of business start-up, but the tools they need in marketing, money management, and motivation to build a truly inspired and successful business – from whatever level they are now,” says Event Organizer Marcia Bench. Sponsors include Practice Pay Solutions, Portland Business Alliance, Minuteman Press of Beaverton and Principal Financial Group.
In addition to being open to registration by attendees, sponsorship opportunities are also currently available. Full details may be found at http://www.InspiredEntrepreneursConference.com.
