CannLabs Joins The Association of Responsible Cannabis Public Companies, Inc.

(the ARCPC), as one of the organization's first three members, CannLabs, Inc. (OTCQB: CANL), American Cannabis Company, Inc., and Heliospectra, Inc. The ARCPC is a non-profit Self Regulatory Organization (SRO) recently established to help publicly traded, SEC reporting cannabis-industry companies demonstrate high standards in terms of corporate governance and investor accountability. The ARCPC's members adhere to its formal guidelines and best practices.

Membership is open to all publicly traded cannabis-centric businesses that qualify under the ARCPC's Code of Practice.
