Canton GA Law Firm Adds Two Attorneys
CANTON, Ga. (PRWEB) November 21, 2017 -- Attorneys Lance Patrick and Jennifer Townsend have joined one of the region’s most established and recognized law firms, J.M. Heller, Attorney at Law, P.C.
Jeffrey M. Heller, the firm’s founder, believes the expansion is a testament to his team’s commitment to exceptional client service, as well as its proven ability to produce successful results. “It’s been a privilege to represent residents of Cherokee County and the surrounding areas from our Canton office since its opening in 2007,” said Heller. “It’s also the right time for us to grow, and Lance and Jennifer are great additions to our dedicated team.”
An experienced courtroom lawyer, Patrick came to Heller’s firm from the Office of the District Attorney for the Appalachian Judicial Circuit, where he served as an Assistant District Attorney specializing in complex corporate and financial crimes, and asset forfeiture cases. He believes Heller’s law firm is a strong fit with his background and philosophy on the practice of law.
“Jeff has earned an excellent reputation for taking the toughest cases as far as necessary to achieve a just result,” said Patrick. “I look forward to serving individuals and families in the Canton area, and the challenges that lie ahead.” Patrick earned his Juris Doctor from the prestigious Emory University School of Law and completed his Bachelors degree at Reinhardt University in Waleska.
A Cherokee County native, Townsend earned her Juris Doctor and Masters of Law in Advocacy and Dispute Resolution from Faulkner University's Thomas Goode Jones School of Law. She also holds a Bachelors of Science in Psychology from the University of Alabama. Prior to joining the Heller firm, Townsend worked in the fraud section of the powerhouse law firm of Beasley Allen in Montgomery, Alabama. She was drawn to practice in Cherokee County because of the strong sense of community and commitment to individual rights.
