Agopsowicz brings more than 40 years of experience in government procurement, with a focus on technology and operational program development, management, operations, competitive acquisition management, business capture, systems engineering design, Information Assurance, Information Operations/Cyber Development & Operations, Special Technical Operations, energy, health and human services, biotechnology and life sciences, information technology and telecommunications threat and vulnerability analysis, information systems security engineering, and facility security design to Capital Edge. He will be operating from the firm’s new office in San Antonio, Texas.

Prior to joining Capital Edge, Agopsowicz spent more than ten years in government procurement consulting as a senior executive at a leading national consulting firm and 30 years with the Department of Defense. During his 30-year career with the U.S. Air Force, he held positions that included Chief - Information System Security Research and Development, Chief – Computer Threat Division, Chairman – Threat and Vulnerability Analysis Subcommittee (National), and Technical Director – Information Warfare Advanced Programs.
