Car-Seat Enhancement Invented to Increase Child Safety - Designed by InventHelp Client (ORD-2183)
PITTSBURGH, PA (PRWEB) December 17, 2015 -- An inventor from St. Charles, Minn., wanted a way to prevent harm to children who were left in a car for hours unattended. As such, she designed the SMART CAR SEAT to sense when a child is left behind in a vehicle once the vehicle has been turned off.
The SMART CAR SEAT uses available technology to control and remedy the situation. It also decreases the dangers associated with leaving a child behind. Furthermore, it provides added peace of mind for caregivers.
The inventor was inspired by a news report about a child that was left in a hot car and died. “Unfortunately, this incident was done on purpose, but others have happened by accident,” said the inventor. “This seat is needed to stop the deaths of infants and toddlers who, whether accidentally or not, were left in a car for hours unattended.”
The original design was submitted to the Orlando office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
