Care Communications, Inc. Named One of the Country’s “Best and Brightest Companies to Work For”
(PRWEB) November 27, 2013 -- Care Communications, Inc. a national health information consulting and outsourcing firm, has been named one of the “Best and Brightest Companies to Work For” in the country by the National Association for Business Resources (NABR). This is the second consecutive year of receiving the award.
The 2013 winning companies were assessed by an independent research firm which reviewed a number of key measures relative to other nationally recognized winners. They include communication, community initiatives, compensation and benefits, diversity and multiculturalism, employee education and development, employee engagement and commitment, recognition and retention, recruitment and selection, small business and work-life balance.
With more than 11 years of experience conducting Best and Brightest competitions, NABR has identified numerous human resource best practices and provided benchmarking for companies that continue to be leaders in employment standards.
“Nationally recognized award recipients keep innovative human resource initiatives at the forefront of their company culture and make it a priority to consider their workforce as an essential aspect in their company success,” said Jennifer Kluge, National Association for Business Resources President, which presents the program. “Our list of nationally recognized companies has grown significantly this year. We are proud to recognize and honor these winning companies.”
The companies that have been selected to be recognized nationally as a Best and Brightest company will be featured in the December 6 online edition of Corp! Magazine. The winning companies will also receive recognition as a national winner at a “Best and Brightest Companies to Work For” awards symposium and gala at a location of their choosing in several U.S. cities.
The “Best and Brightest Companies to Work For” is presented annually in five markets: Atlanta, Detroit, Chicago, Houston and Grand Rapids.
