In this role, Magner-Flynn, CEO of Career Decisions Ireland/Career Partners International – Ireland, now joins the global leadership team of Career Partners International. She brings a tremendous amount of expertise to the role and has the distinction of being awarded the prestigious Fellow Manager status by the Institute of Career Certification International (ICCI), a title reserved for those considered to be leaders in the career profession. She is a member of the Career Development Institute and the Association of Career Professionals International (ACPI).
Magner-Flynn is also a career strategy expert who has led the design, delivery and project management of some of Ireland’s largest change, career transition, career and talent management and engagement programs. Her extensive expertise has also been harnessed to design and deliver career support programs for the unemployed and people wishing to re-skill/up-skill to secure new employment. In addition, her background and experience makes Magner-Flynn an in-demand speaker and she has addressed numerous conferences in Ireland, the UK and the US.
