Mrs. Plumlee brings over 10 years of human resources and talent management experience to the firm, which was founded by her husband and Senior Principal, Martin Plumlee. She graduated with a B.A. in Business Management from Eastern Michigan University and received an MBA from the University of Michigan (Dearborn). She holds the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certifications.
