Not only has this increased the number of patients and procedures needing medical billing, but it was also accompanied with strict documentation rules and standards of accuracy that demand additional education.
The course also adds education on bundled payments. Although bundled payments are not required, there is very little training on this practice available—which puts Career Step students ahead of their peers.
