CareMetx, LLC Combines Operations with Walgreens-Owned Pharma Dynamics, Inc.
Bethesda, MD (PRWEB) November 20, 2013 -- CareMetx, LLC and Pharma Dynamics, Inc. (PDI) have entered into an agreement to combine operations effective November 19, 2013 under the CareMetx name. CareMetx is a privately held technology and specialty hub services company serving drug and device manufacturers. PDI is a Walgreens-owned entity providing new product launch support and call center services for drug manufacturers. The agreement provides the combined company with enhanced growth opportunities and improved service offerings for its customers. The combined company will be majority owned by CareMetx’ current owners.

As founders of TheraCom, a specialty pharmacy and services company, they established a business model that supported drug manufacturers in getting their innovative products to market using state-of-the-art technology and high-touch human services, a combination that became the standard for the industry.
