CareOne Executive Vice President Elizabeth Straus Named Healthcare Heroes Finalist
Fort Lee, NJ (PRWEB) May 19, 2015 -- CareOne Executive Vice President Elizabeth Straus has been selected as a finalist for the NJBIZ Healthcare Heroes awards program, recognizing individuals and organizations that make a significant impact on the quality of heath care in New Jersey.

The only female nominee in the Innovation Hero (Individual) category, Ms. Straus was nominated for her strong leadership and vision in successfully launching new clinical programs throughout CareOne – a company dedicated to enhancing the care of seniors in the state of New Jersey. These programs, focusing on Oncology, heart disease, COPD and more, have provided an elevated level of care and demonstrated improved outcomes for CareOne patients.
Ms. Straus not only cares about the patients, but she also works hard to support the caregivers – CareOne employees. In an effort to enhance employee spirit and develop an internal culture of philanthropy, Ms. Straus directed several large-scale fundraising campaigns and events, raising more than $3 million, to benefit both company employees and the communities they serve.
