If there is no response, or the person does not press one, after three calls, up to three pre-set people will be alerted by either telephone or email that a wellness check is necessary.
The Medication Reminder Program also works through pre-scheduled automated phone calls that alert seniors to take their medication. They are prompted to press one if they have or are presently going to take their medicine. If there is no response or the person does not press one, up to three people can be alerted that the senior has not taken their medication as scheduled.
