Jeanette joins Carl Warren after six years as the Vice President/Director of Claims Operations at State Auto Insurance. Jeanette is a seasoned executive with over two decades of experience in the insurance industry. Throughout her career, she has a history of measured success developing key performance metrics, training and audit programs and creating high performing claims teams that provide excellent customer service and claim quality. She has a strong background in planning, directing and evaluating corporate claims operations in relation to strategic objectives in order to create improved shareholder returns. Jeanette will be based out of Carl Warren’s headquarters in Placentia, California.
