Carousel will be co-presenting with Calabrio and LogisticCare, a Carousel customer, to explore how a real-life contact center deployment combined disparate phone systems into a single platform, centralizing operations and reducing costs. The session will feature an interactive Q&A session and feature practical advice from a customer's perspective.
