Cascade Sotheby’s International Realty appoints managing principal broker to lead Central Oregon growth

Marta Boelens comes to Cascade Sotheby’s from RE/MAX in Bend, where she recently acted as managing principal broker and principal broker. Boelens, who has a reputation for being at the forefront of trends and data that serve buyers and sellers alike, is active with the Central Oregon Association of Realtors (COAR). Currently she serves as State Director and is on the COAR Board of Directors and Oregon Association of Realtors Board of Directors. In addition, she currently is the Chair of the MLS Executive Committee and also sits on the Professional Standards and Budget Committees for COAR.
