Under this agreement, Castle Connolly will offer the CareSpan Clinic to Castle Connolly Top Doctors to assist them in serving their patients wherever there is an Internet connection. This provides convenient access to care for patients with their own doctors while supporting continuity and coordination of care regardless of a patient’s location. The CareSpan Clinic also allows efficient utilization of clinical staff across multiple medical offices so physicians can see patients where there is highest demand, eliminating costly doctor travel time to be physically present in a distant exam room. This can efficiently improve physician availability and personnel load leveling for medical practices.
