CDI LLC Promotes Jay Hussein to AVP, Client Services and Product Management
Teterboro, NJ (PRWEB) March 15, 2016 -- Computer Design & Integration LLC (CDI LLC) announced today the promotion of Jay Hussein to AVP, Client Services and Product Management, CDI Managed Services. In this role, Jay will continue to provide leadership over the Project Management Organization and the Cisco Collaboration team for CDI LLC. He will take on leadership responsibilities for the Managed Services client management and product management functions. This organizational shift supports the firm’s commitment to a continued refinement of offerings to deliver hybrid IT solutions that help clients solve their most complex IT business challenges.
With more than 15 years of commercial IT experience, Jay has a history of driving measurable results through the application of business best-practice and intelligent technology solutions, with a focus on customer experience and satisfaction. Prior to his most recent appointment, Jay served as senior director, Network Practice for CDI LLC, where he was responsible for the network, voice and server/desktop lines of the business. In this position, he also served as an account manager, program executive and client advocate.
Jay holds a B.A. in Literature from Eastern Mediterranean University, an M.A. in Literature from the University of California, San Diego and a PhD in Philosophy from the University of Amsterdam. He also holds a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute, ITIL Certification and numerous technical certifications from Cisco and Microsoft.
Before joining CDI LLC, Jay began his career at Global Crossing as a project implementation engineer where he participated in some of the company’s largest and most complex projects. He then spent the next seven years in a leadership position with Morgan Stanley as vice president of Data Network Deployment.
