Under her leadership, CED has become a trusted source on the state of the entrepreneurial sector not just in North Carolina, but also in emerging entrepreneurial hubs across the nation.
As a Senior Partner, Rose will contribute to CREO’s focus on helping companies drive innovation internally, facilitate collaboration among diverse teams to address opportunities, and provide both strategic thinking and operational experience to businesses and nonprofits.

Prior to joining CED in 2008, Rose was general manager of North Carolina Public Radio – WUNC (91.5 FM), the public radio service of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is the winner of both the George Foster Peabody Award for excellence in radio or television, and the Alfred I. duPont-Columbia University Award, the broadcasting equivalent of the Pulitzer Prize. Her columns on entrepreneurship are featured in Forbes and Xconomy.
Rose officially begins her role with CREO on January 3, 2017.
