Cedexis Announces Joyce Boss, CPA, as CFO

Joyce brings more than 15 years of experience building out global financial operations, long-term financial models and driving significant performance in enterprise sales operations for software and software-as-a-service businesses.
Most recently, Joyce served as VP of Finance for Janrain, Inc., in Portland Oregon, a privately- held SaaS company that provides customer identity management. At Janrain, she was responsible for leading the accounting, finance and sales operations teams. Prior to Janrain, Joyce was Senior Director of Finance and Sales Operations at Tripwire, a leading global provider of risk-based security and compliance management solutions. Before this, she held financial management positions at KPMG. Joyce is a Certified Public Accountant and graduate of Oregon State University.
