Cellular Sales Purchases Building for National Headquarters
Knoxville, Tenn. (PRWEB) August 23, 2013 -- Cellular Sales, the nation’s largest Verizon premium wireless retailer, announced the purchase of the former 9040 Building on Executive Park Drive in west Knoxville, which will serve as the company’s new corporate headquarters. The highly recognizable 61,406 square-foot building perched on the edge of I-40/I-75 near the Cedar Bluff exit was purchased from a Freeman Webb Partnership. Matthew Fentress with NAI Knoxville was the commercial real estate broker.
The new headquarters will enable Cellular Sales to consolidate multiple Knoxville-area office buildings and house its corporate team of approximately 250 professionals under one roof. The company plans to move into the new space early in 2014.
