Cemetery.us.org Bolsters Customer Service Training Programs
SAN DIEGO, CA (PRWEB) July 30, 2013 -- Cemetery.us.org has launched a more comprehensive customer service training program in order to increase customer satisfaction, the company said yesterday.
“Customer service is very important to our company, and we realized we could do better,” a Cemetery.us.org spokesman said. “We looked at what other companies are doing, and consulted customer service specialists to create a new dynamic training program that will better serve the needs of our customers.”
Under the new program, customer service agents will be trained in how to best explain death records to customers, handle customers who are in mourning, and resolve questions or concerns about computer glitches.
“One of the main problems we've had is customers who have had trouble accessing our records because they were using out-of-date browsers and don't know how to update them,” the Cemetery.us.org spokesman said. “Now our customer service agents will be able to walk them through the process so they can actually access the records they have purchased.”
The training program includes gamification training, where one team of customer service agents tries to come up with hard to resolve complaints and the other team brainstorms the best ways to find a solution, he said.
“This helps our agents be prepared for any problem that may come their way,” the Cemetery.us.org spokesman said. “It also means that customers will receive more creative and helpful customer service.”
