Center Point’s enterprise EHR selection process focused on finding the right vendor partner that would supply a rich set of out the box capabilities coupled with a modern architecture that allows for the flexible configuration of the EHR platform to meet the unique needs of Center Point’s cooperative model for care. The overall objective of the EHR software is to automate their administrative, clinical and billing process to prepare the organization to take advantage of the Meaningful Use Stage 2 incentive program. At the conclusion of the selection process, which involved multiple EHR vendors, Center Point decided Core was the right partner for their organization.
