Centerline Digital Celebrates 100 Employees With 100 Days of Service
Raleigh, N.C. (PRWEB) July 16, 2014 -- Centerline Digital is pleased to announce “100+100”, a community service program that supports employees’ ongoing efforts to make a positive impact in Raleigh. Starting July 9 and continuing for 100 days, all Centerline employees will be given a full day of paid time off to volunteer their time at a nonprofit of their choice or one of five area charities – Habitat for Humanity of Wake County, Interfaith Food Shuttle Backpack Buddies, Raleigh City Garden, Artspace and The Green Chair Project.
“We’ve grown as Raleigh has grown, and it’s important for Centerline to support the community that has allowed us to thrive for the past 19 years,” said Charles Long, founder and CEO. “So many of us are already actively involved in the local community, so this is a great way for us to show our appreciation and give back.”
100+100 is just a part of the company’s ongoing commitment to encourage good citizenship through service. Giving back has always been an important aspect of the corporate culture, as Centerline supports organizations such as the American Red Cross and St. Baldrick’s Foundation each year.
To continue its commitment to the community following the 100+100 program, Centerline is announcing the start of a service program that will provide employees eight hours of paid time off annually to volunteer with the organization of their choice. The company will provide a financial donation to each organization based on employee participation.
