Central Logic Strengthens Leadership Team with Appointment of New CEO
Salt Lake City, UT (PRWEB) June 24, 2015 -- The Central Logic Board of Directors is pleased to announce that Jennifer Holmes has been appointed as President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Mrs. Holmes joins Central Logic following her most recent role as Senior Vice President of Enterprise Solutions at MedAssets, where she was responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction for all business development efforts.

Mrs. Holmes was most recently Senior Vice President, Enterprise Solutions for MedAssets, an industry leader in Healthcare technologies. During her tenure at MedAssets, Jennifer was responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction for all business development efforts, where she worked directly with the largest healthcare systems in the country. Prior to that, Jennifer was a Corporate Officer and Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing with Spectranetics. Before Spectranetics, Jennifer held several executive appointments at Guidant Corporation and Boston Scientific.
In 2012 Jennifer founded Integrating Woman Leaders, Inc., a non-profit organization focused on mentoring and developing women in business. Jennifer continues to serve as a member of the board of trustees and remains active in nurturing the foundation’s initiatives. She is also long-time member of the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association.
Jennifer is a graduate from Indiana University with a bachelor’s degree in science.
