Ms. Kaylor is Of Counsel with McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC, a business and litigation law firm with offices in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and the District of Columbia. A member of the Corporate and Tax Group, Ms. Kaylor serves clients in the transportation, manufacturing, professional services, and financial services industries. Her significant successes in structuring, negotiating, and instituting complex merger and acquisition transactions has earned high praise and trust among her clients. In addition to corporate and transactional services, she assists companies with capital raising campaigns, private placement offerings, private equity transactions, and commercial lending transactions.

Prior to her joining McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC, Ms. Kaylor was a partner in the law firm of Bybel Rutledge LLP, in Lemoyne, Pennsylvania, where she worked with financial institutions from de novo banks to SEC-reporting companies in all facets of transactions—strategic planning, advising boards of directors, and mergers and acquisitions.
She has been recognized as a Select Lawyer in Business/Commercial Law and Contracts Law in 2015, a 40 Under 40 recipient by the Central Penn Business Journal, a 20 under 40 recipient from the Northeast Pennsylvania Business Journal, and a Rising Star in 2015, 2012, and 2010 from Pennsylvania Super Lawyers and is a graduate of Leadership Harrisburg. Ms. Kaylor is a member of the Friends of YWCA of Greater Harrisburg Board of Directors, as well as a past President and member of the Junior League of Harrisburg.
Ms. Kaylor received her Bachelor’s degree from St. Joseph’s University, an MBA from The Pennsylvania State University, and a law degree from The Dickinson School of Law. She is licensed to practice law in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
