CENTURY 21 Redwood Realty Acquires Leading Edge Realty and Capital Realty Group
MANASSAS, Va. (PRWEB) June 27, 2018 -- CENTURY 21 Redwood Realty is expanding its footprint in the National Capital Region with its latest acquisition. The residential real estate company has acquired two single-office CENTURY 21 franchises based in Manassas, Virginia: CENTURY 21 Leading Edge Realty and CENTURY 21 Capital Realty Group. This move will immediately make Redwood the number eight brokerage in Prince William County from a market share perspective.
This office, located in the former Leading Edge Realty space, will be CENTURY 21 Redwood Realty’s second Prince William location. The company also has an office located at 5199 Waterway Drive in Montclair. Cindy Stackhouse, the Managing Broker for that office, will also serve as Managing Broker for the new Manassas location.
