CEO & Founder of E-Therapy Café, Dr. Jude Black, Announces Amanda Rausch's Appointment to Chief Operating Officer

She assumed responsibilities on May 25, 2016. Amanda is the first to hold the position of COO for the innovative, expert online counseling and coaching corporation.

Mrs. Rausch first united with E-Therapy Café as the Director of Relationships and Clinical Enrichment before this promotion to COO. During that time she accomplished 100% ethical and legal compliance while being responsible for recruitment, hiring, educating, and consulting the curated team of licensed therapists and certified counselors. She single handedly on boarded the current “Boutique Team” of Licensed Therapists and Certified Life Coaches, led strategic development, managed internal relationships, tracked performance and revenue data, and provided clinical enrichment to the Boutique Team of experts.
Ms. Rausch joins E-Therapy Café while running her own private practice NoStigmaNoStress.com (2013). Previously, Ms. Rausch served as Senior Advisor and Director of Development from 2013- 2016 for the now closed, online counseling platform featured on ABC’s Shark Tank, In Your Corner. While working at In Your Corner, Amanda maintained and managed a global caseload of 360+ clients. From 2010 – 2012, she was a Therapist in a collaborative team of doctors, physical therapists and psychologists who provide holistic treatment and pain management techniques to individuals suffering from trauma and chronic pain though a bio-psycho-social-spiritual approach at Southern California Pain and Wellness Center. She worked as a school counselor at St. Charles Private school (2010- 2011) and volunteers with equine assisted therapy, yoga based and wellness programs to individuals with physical, mental emotional, and/or learning challenges.
A proud graduate of the University of San Diego, Ms. Rausch is actively involved in the alumni program and serves as an Agency Supervisor for psychology students. She is a Licensed Professional Marriage and Family Therapist, a Certified Life Coach (Expert Level) and Certified Yoga Instructor with extensive training in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Breathing Techniques, and EMDR.
