Certification Game Launches Second Version of Support Center Analyst Certification Training Course

All enhancements made to their course are based on customer feedback and input from industry experts.
Enhancements include:
- Fifteen additional activities. Each section of the course now includes more engagement and interactivity with the user improving the experience.
- New backgrounds and themes. New backgrounds and themes have been added to course sections to make navigation easier and storytelling stronger.
- Gaming optimization. Certification Game improved upon several mini-games based upon customer feedback.
- Simpler and more direct interactions. The games and interactions that didn’t receive positive feedback from customers were removed and replaced with improved activities.
