Chad Thyes Joins Cognosante to lead Civilian health and call center solution portfolio.

Cognosante, a leader in technology solutions for health and social services programs for Federal and state public health agencies, announced that Chad Thyes has joined as General Manager and Sr. Vice President of its Civilian Health and J.Lodge business groups.

“The addition of key leadership roles such as Chad’s is critical to our strategic growth plans. Chad’s proven experience and depth of knowledge within CMS and with the customer experience overall will be invaluable as we seek to grow our Civilian partnerships,” said President James Gordon.

Chad will also lead Cognosante’s J.Lodge group as they continue to enhance and expand its solution offering around contact center quality assurance and performance analytics solutions to the commercial and government sectors.

Chad joins Cognosante with experience from General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT), where he served as Program Vice President, responsible for leading business process outsourcing and multi-channel customer engagement for US health provider networks, Federal health agencies and the University of Maryland system.
