Champion acquires Carson Farms, expands Delaware, Ohio multi-family portfolio
Columbus, OH (PRWEB) August 21, 2014 -- On August 19, 2014, Champion became the new owner and manager of The Traditions at Carson Farms in Delaware, Ohio. The 157-unit apartment community is brand new with construction finalized earlier in 2014.

Carson Farms is the second apartment community in Delaware that will be owned and managed by Champion. The company acquired Troy Farms, a 304-unit complex, back in May of 2013.
