Champion Medical Technologies Expands Sales and Marketing Team

Jay Rudman, Vice President of Business Development, gained considerable strategic, sales, marketing and business development experience as the founder, or founding team member, of three startup companies. Most recently, he founded Paperly, a direct sales business, which he recently sold to a publicly traded company. Jay earned an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BSE from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Jay also serves as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Catapult Chicago, a startup incubator.
Sarah Esp, Director of Marketing, joins Champion from AMCOL International, where she led global marketing and branding in the construction technologies group. She earned a BA from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
