Champion Named Top Property Management Company by Columbus Business First
Westerville, OH (PRWEB) October 28, 2013 -- Champion Property Management has landed a spot on Columbus Business First’s list of top property management companies in Central Ohio for the third consecutive year. Increasing its position from No. 21 in 2012, Champion was ranked No. 20 with a portfolio of 4 million square feet of apartment space managed.
The list, which was announced on Oct. 18, 2013, ranks property management companies by square feet managed, totaling each company’s managed office, retail, industrial and apartment space, in addition to managed condominiums and home owner associations.
Currently, Champion manages more than 3,600 multi-family apartments, with 15 communities in the well-respected neighborhoods of Lewis Center, Delaware, Powell, Hilliard, Grove City, Canal Winchester, Gahanna, and Westerville.
Earlier in October, Champion also received recognition on Columbus Business First’s Fast 50 list, which ranks the year-over-year growth of private companies based in central Ohio. Champion, which was ranked No. 3 in 2012, ranked No. 5 on this year’s list with an average sales growth in the 200-499% range from the previous three years.
