Champion Real Estate Services to Rebrand to The Champion Companies
Westerville, Ohio (PRWEB) January 21, 2016 -- On January 18, Champion Real Estate Services in Westerville, Ohio announced a rebranding initiative to become The Champion Companies.
In business since 2010, The Champion Companies is a vertically-integrated, multi-family investment and management firm.
“We have grown so much in six years that we thought it was time to refine and reorganize our brand,” said Brian Yeager, president and CEO of The Champion Companies. “We have multiple business lines in the apartment industry now and we want to organize and recognize that. We recently closed on our first development deal, we have a robust construction division and we have a thriving real estate brokerage-- our company has truly evolved.”
The Champion Companies will encompass five main divisions: Champion Property Management, Champion Investments, Champion Asset Advisors, Champion Construction Management and Champion Real Estate Development.
Heading into 2016, The Champion Companies owns and manages nearly 5,000 apartments across Central Ohio. Champion Real Estate Development is expected to break ground on its first project this spring in Sunbury, Ohio. In addition, Champion Construction Management is in the midst of fully renovating more than 2,000 units across four apartment communities.
