This latest guide follows up another guide released earlier this year called The Cheerleading Guide to Busting Cheer Myths. While the first edition featured four cheerleading myths and why they’re wrong, this new eBook features five new cheerleading myths and how to prove them wrong.
“While it is unfortunate there are negative myths and stereotypes about cheerleaders and their sport, we have the opportunity to show how and why they’re wrong. With this eBook, we can continue to expand light on this topic,” said Cheerleading Blog editor, Melissa Darcey.
The Cheerleading Guide to Busting (More) Myths looks at five popular, but often times negative, cheer stereotypes, including popularity, body size, gender, bad attitudes, and even the most extreme myth – that people hate cheerleaders.
Cheerleading Blog created the University in 2011.
