Chef Marc Quiñones of the Inn and Spa at Loretto, A Destination Hotel, to Participate in Cooking Demonstrations Across Texas at Central Market Cooking School
Santa Fe, New Mexico (PRWEB) July 12, 2016 -- Luminaria Restaurant, inside the iconic Inn and Spa at Loretto, will be sending Executive Chef Marc Quiñones to Texas for the second year in a row to make five guest chef appearances across the state of in five nights with Central Market Cooking School. Chef will be creating dishes that feature the renowned dish of New Mexico, green chile. Every class/event Chef presented in last year was sold out, resulting in positive reviews and national press.
“My favorite part of working in the kitchen at Luminaria Restaurant is infusing local New Mexico flavor into dishes that are not from the region or area,” said Quiñones. “Being that this is the second year I will be participating in this event, I want to make sure I bring fresh ideas and options to the table, igniting a passion for cooking with NM Hatch green chile. It brings such amazing flavor to dishes.”
