Chelsea Griffo pursues fresh marketing push for 2014 book
AUSTIN, Texas (PRWEB) April 16, 2015 -- Author Chelsea Griffo knows first-hand the internal struggle that goes hand-in-hand with a person’s decision to come out of the closet. As a self-professed “coming-out coach,” Griffo helped people she knew personally in college to come out to their friends and family, but wanted to do more to help all LGBTQ people in their journey to self-acceptance in the coming-out process.
The new book, “The Key to Unlocking the Closet Door: A Coming-Out Guide on a Journey toward Unconditional Self-Love” (published by Balboa Press) is Griffo’s contribution to the LGBTQ community and their family and friends: a coming-out guide offering hope and encouragement with practical strategies for coming out, coping with bullying and navigating religion and spirituality.
An excerpt taken from the foreword of “The Key to Unlocking the Closet Door”:
“If you are struggling to find your footing in the coming-out process, these pages will take you by the hand and gently guide you to overcoming your fear, embracing your spirit, and learning to live your life out loud. You’ll find answers to your questions about everything from religion and spirituality to sex and dating, all delivered with love.”
Griffo yearns to assure her readers that although coming out can be challenging and scary, she can help them find the way of coming out that is best for them.
