Chicago Agency Relocates to Support Growth and Need for Collaborative, Inspiring Space

The functionality and layout of the new space will support One North’s hiring plans as it expands its focus to serve new clients in the business-to-business and professional services industries.

According to Savills Studley Executive Managing Director Lisa Davidson, One North Interactive was looking for a space with a more functional floor plan that could accommodate additional headcount and encourage collaboration.
“We were able to identify landlords that have a good track record of delivering high-quality, cutting-edge turnkey spaces in order to streamline the process so that One North Interactive could move as quickly as possible in a cost-effective manner,” Davidson said.
222 North LaSalle is a historic redevelopment project that features indoor parking, a fitness center and river views with easy access to expressways, trains and bus lines. The building earned LEED certification at the Silver level from the U.S. Green Building Council.
Davidson and Savills Studley Senior Managing Director, Tiffany Winne negotiated the leasing terms for One North Interactive. Joseph Gordon of Tishman Speyer represented the landlord.
One North Interactive plans to move into the new location on June 1, 2015.
