Together, Lucht and Carlson created 10 Family Exercises that kids and adults can do together while visiting a playground.

These programs can include Kids Boot Camp parties with specific themes to combine fitness and fun, which is an amazing, effective ways to introduce kids to exercising well and eating healthy.
