Chicago Projection Mapping Dazzles Attendees at ASTA Seed Expo

The five-day, high-intensity mapping display at Hyatt Regency Chicago was created in conjunction with Milwaukee-based agency Bader-Rutter, and served as a central focal point for the agency’s efforts at the Expo.
Spanning over 40 feet horizontally, the display provided a focused centerpiece to the brand imagery on display. Content ranged from custom made 3D and 2D animations, video content, still images, and brand assets, all brought to life in crystal-clear 4K / UHD horizontal resolution. Chicago Projection Mapping coordinated the installation and blended two top-tier projectors into a unified display spanning over half the width of the lobby balcony.
The transformative effect on the lobby was unmistakable. During the day, attendees saw the brand welcome guests to the event and promoted messaging, while at night, the lobby glowed with rich blues and greens while expo attendees congregated beneath. Combined with additional visual elements coordinated by Bader-Rutter, including branded window clings and table treatments, the client’s identifiers were constantly on display, consistently reinforced, and impossible to miss.
