China's First NC Abrasive Belt Grinding Performance Testing Machines Yield Good Results
Zhengzhou, China (PRWEB) November 25, 2014 -- iAbrasive has learned on Nov. 21, 2014 that the promotion event of SDSY-50B NC abrasive belt grinding performance testing machines was held in Zhengzhou, the provincial capital of Henan Province, China.
The NC abrasive belt grinding performance testing machine was produced by joint efforts of China Coated Abrasives Association and SUFOMA Machinery Co., Ltd. The testing machine was first exhibited in China Zhengzhou International Abrasives & Grinding Exposition a year ago. After nearly one-year test run, adjustment and improvement in structural design and controlling software have been made in sweep-up pipe, grinding head, feed system, protective cover, and electronic control part. Water spray cooling, infrared online temperature detecting device, and remote technical service unit have been added. The two sides decided to produce the first NC abrasive belt grinding performance testing machines (about 5 to 8 sets) and released ordering notice.
On the morning of Nov. 18, at the experimental center of College of Material Science & Engineering, Henan University of Technology, was China's first NC abrasive belt grinding performance testing machine working. As a complete process ended, the test report that contains all statistics was produced. The testing machine proved stable, accurate, easy-handle, and dust-free.
The promotion event attracted over 40 people from more than 20 companies. The major fields of the participants were coated abrasives manufacturing, adhesives synthesis, abrasives smelting, colleges, and media. Following is a name list of the participants:

At the last part of the promotion event, an ordering signing ceremony was held. Wang Erjian, a representative of Dynea (Guangdong) Co., Ltd., and Wangliang, a representative of Hubei Yuli Abrasive Belts Group Co., Ltd. signed order contracts with Wang Mingyuan, the secretary-general of China Coated Abrasives Association. Then Wang Mingyuan signed a contract of purchase with Zhang Fei, the representative of SUFOMA Machinery Co., Ltd.
Wang Mingyuan delivered an important speech at the end of promotion event. He spoke highly of the SDSY-50B NC abrasive belt grinding performance testing machine, which has filled in the gap in the field in China. The testing machine is advanced in foreign countries. Companies like Hubei Yuli and Dynea (Guangdong) Co., Ltd. attach great importance to companies' long-term development. Dynea has its own labs within which the abrasive belts can be tested. Both companies have seen the value of investing in the abrasive belt grinding performance testing machine, which has become a developing trend within the industry. By testing the grinding performance of abrasive belts, the SDSY-50B NC testing machine facilitates the development of the abrasives industry and represents another progress in China's advanced testing equipment.
