Chiropractor in Vancouver WA to Attend Advanced Training Class
Vancouver, WA (PRWEB) February 06, 2015 -- A Family & Sports Chiropractic Clinic, located in Vancouver WA, is home to Dr. Chani Henderson and Dr. Michael Hajari. This month Dr. Henderson will attend an advanced training class entitled Fibromyalgia, Muscle Pain and Dysfunction.
The class will be presented by Dr. Michael Schneider at the University of Western States campus in Portland Oregon. It is a 13 hour course designed to translate the complex neurologic mechanisms and principles of neuromuscular control and pain into easy-to-understand terms for practicing clinicians. Attendees should leave with a clear awareness of the difference between Fibromyalgia and myofascial pain syndrome, and techniques on how to best manage these conditions.

Dr. Henderson says she is taking the class to learn about the newest research coming out regarding fibromyalgia treatment, as well as nutrition to help those who live with it to have a healthier, pain free life.
“I plan to take this knowledge and apply it to our patients who suffer from fibromyalgia and help them even farther along the road of health,” she says.
Dr. Henderson says they have many patients at A Family & Sports Chiropractic Clinic who suffer from fibromyalgia. “Unfortunately, it is more common than one might think,” she says, “but our patients with this pain disorder really benefit from chiropractic care.”
Flare ups can be kept at bay and constant pain can be decreased or eliminated all together by tune-up adjustments Dr. Henderson explains.

Dr. Chani Henderson is a graduate of the University of Western States Doctor of Chiropractic program. She has nine years of formal education and is continuously looking for new information and treatments she can apply to her care for patients.
