Chocolate Lovers Hearts Melt at In Celebration of Chocolate - February 6-8, 2015
Kohler Wis. (PRWEB) January 27, 2015 -- From sweet to savory and everything in between, the third annual In Celebration of Chocolate is a three-day chocolate-themed soirée of distinctively delicious events and culinary demonstrations hosted at the Forbes Five Star The American Club resort hotel.
This year’s celebration is headlined by Johnny Iuzzini – James Beard Award-winning pastry chef and judge of Bravo’s Top Chef: Just Dessert. Iuzzini hails from the Catskills region in upstate New York and is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America with over twenty years of kitchen experience. He was the head judge of Bravo’s culinary competition series “Top Chef: Just Desserts”. Chef Iuzzini has started his own pastry and culinary arts consulting company, and is the author of DESSERT FOURPLAY: Sweet Quartets From A Four-Star Pastry Chef and recently released “Sugar Rush”.
In Celebration of Chocolate featured presenters include:

• Scott Green‚ pastry chef of top Chicago restaurants Travelle and The Langham

The cocoa-infused schedule of special events begins on Friday evening with an inventive Chocolate & Wine Dinner in the Great Bays Ballroom hosted by Iuzzini. Saturday affords countless educational chocolate pairing and cooking sessions throughout the day culminating with the signature evening celebration: Sugar High. SIGNATURE EVENT
Sugar High, the signature event hosted at the captivating Kohler Design Center on Saturday from 8-10pm, showcases dynamic desserts from Iuzzini’s recent cookbook “Sugar Rush”, specialty dishes from The Kitchens of Kohler‚ expansive fondue station‚ and live entertainment. Topping things off is the opportunity for guests to taste the signature and newest creations from KOHLER Original Recipe Chocolates.
