Chongqing RATO Power Manufacturing Co. LTD (RATO) elevates Michael Parkins to Vice Chairman and Chief Growth Officer for North American Operations
Lincolnton, North Carolina (PRWEB) June 10, 2014 -- Chongqing RATO Power Manufacturing Co. LTD (RATO) is proud to announce the promotion of Michael Parkins to Vice Chairman and Chief Growth Officer for North American Operations. Parkins previously served as President and CEO of Denver Global Products, a wholly owned subsidiary of Chongqing RATO Power Manufacturing Co. LTD. Parkins’ promotion comes after the successful re-launch of the company’s hybrid multipurpose vehicle, the Raven MPV 7100 series.
As Vice Chairman and Chief Growth Officer Parkins will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s three-to-five year growth strategy for North American operations. The comprehensive plan includes organic growth as well as strategic mergers and acquisitions. In addition, Parkins’ responsibilities will include overseeing the company’s marketing and public relations efforts. Parkins will continue his role as Chairman of the Board of Supervisors (the Audit Committee) for the parent company Chongqing RATO Power Manufacturing Co. LTD.

RATO also announced the promotion of Mr. Godwin Leng to CEO of Denver Global Products to assume Parkins’ previous role. Mr. Leng previously served as General Manager of Global Sales for RATO and brings over 20 years of industry experience. Mr. Leng has been with RATO since the company’s inception and was instrumental in introducing RATO to the U.S. market.
