The American Automobile Association, one of the nation’s most respected authorities on hospitality, awarded Christini’s this status of distinction based on their ability to provide an exceptional level of quality and service to its patrons.

In order for restaurants to be considered for this status, they must apply for an evaluation from AAA. Once the application is accepted, an AAA representative visits the restaurant, unannounced so that the evaluator will be treated just like a guest would be. After the inspection is through, a restaurant meeting AAA’s criteria is assigned a rating of one to five Diamonds, representative of the level of service and quality.
