Cimplx Unveils Enhanced ACA Reporting Solutions

These enhancements make it even easier for Applicable Large Employers (ALE) to quickly and accurately complete the required 1094-C and 1095-C forms per regulations under the IRC Section 6055 and 6056. The entire filing process is managed through an intuitive, user-friendly, workflow based dashboard. A dynamic data import feature streamlines the employee data entry process. Once forms are completed, the solution provides the option for employee mailing distribution and e-filing. E-filing is transmitted through Cimplx’s secure connection with the IRS Affordable Care Act Information Returns (AIR) system.
