City of Ocala, Florida Debuts New GameTime Outdoor Fitness Park
Fort Payne, Alabama (PRWEB) January 27, 2014 -- GameTime is proud to announce the opening of a National Demonstration Site for Outdoor Fitness in Ocala, Florida. The park, located at Jervey Gantt Health Trail, includes a two-mile walking and jogging loop with clusters of outdoor fitness products stationed at regular intervals. The fitness clusters feature GameTime's new GTfit Advanced Series and provide local residents with a unique way to exercise outdoors.
The new fitness equipment is part of the City of Ocala's ongoing vision to create opportunities for its residents to live more active, healthy lives. When the walking trail was first opened two decades ago, it was one of the first such trails available in Northern Florida. Today, Park Operations personnel have expanded upon that heritage with an outdoor fitness destination for adults of all ages.

The Outdoor Fitness Park at Jervey Gantt Health Trail includes a mix of products that address all the elements of a well-rounded fitness program and appeal to users of all fitness levels. Designed to look like machines you find in professional health clubs, the GTfit Advanced Series products are instantly familiar to new and advanced users. For those who are just beginning an exercise routine, there are QR Codes are stamped on each product. By scanning them with a smartphone, users can view instructional videos to help them get started.
