City Sports Names Marty Hanaka CEO

Hanaka, who has served on the Board of Directors for City Sports since 2008 and spent the last year as an operating partner at the Highland Consumer Fund has had previous tenures as Chairman and CEO of Golfsmith International Holdings, Inc., Chairman and CEO of Sports Authority and Interim CEO of Guitar Center, Inc. Hanaka has held numerous positions in retail over the past 40 years and also has had deep board experience at more than one dozen public and private companies including as a Trustee and member of the National Board of Governors of the Boys and Girls Club of America.
