Clarity Health Services Completes $6.6 Million Investment Round on Heels of Triple Digit Year-To-Date Growth
Seattle, WA (PRWEB) December 04, 2013 -- Clarity Health Services (“Clarity Health”), a rapidly-growing provider of care coordination solutions for medical practices and health systems, today announced it has closed a $6.6 million investment round led by Columbia Pacific Advisors’ Opportunity Fund. The investment follows a period of triple digit year-to-date growth for Clarity Health and will fund additional sales and development activity.

Clarity Health will leverage the new funding to further develop key capabilities for specialists and primary care practices. The company will also continue to expand its ability to support Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs) and larger health systems in current and new geographies nationwide. This is the second round of investment from Columbia Pacific Advisors’ Opportunity Fund which provided $3.0 million in capital for the company in 2011.

The company received the award for its Emergency Department (ED) Discharge Notification product, a web-based solution giving healthcare providers real-time information on patients who have visited the hospital’s emergency department.
